Sarah Dyer graduated from Kingston University with a BA in Illustration in 2001. Her first book Five Little Fiends won the Bronze Smarties Prize. Since then she has written and illustrated eight more picture books with publishers Bloomsbury, Frances Lincoln and Otter-Barry Books. In between writing and illustrating Sarah visits festivals and schools to carry out events and workshops and is a visiting lecturer on the Foundation and Illustration BA Courses at Kingston University. She lives in Hove with her husband and two sons.
